Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (fees, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

Shipping services are external

If available, we can ship to virtually any address in the world using services such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please note that there may be some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any of these items can be found on their details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
